Hi, I'm Ana — a Seattle native and Sr UX Designer with 17 years of experience creating engaging, customer-centered products. I lead with empathy and bring a background in visual design, art direction, and branding, giving me a well-rounded perspective that helps drive high-impact product launches from concept to delivery.I began my career in fashion marketing, designing everything from Amazon.com homepage takeovers to leading art direction for photo shoots. In 2017, I transitioned into UX while working for Amazon Handmade, improving both customer and artisan experiences. Since 2019, I’ve been part of the Amazon Books Studio, where I’ve launched new B2B products, supported Kindle Unlimited member onboarding, and most recently, led UX for search on Kindle apps and devices.
